The site uses a Quick quote approach which subsequently can be converted into a full quote and be bought online. Only 7 parameters are required to get a quote.

Credit card services are provided by integrating with Realex.
All the Internet generated transactions are fully integrated into FBD’s Progen system using an XML interface which uses LANSA's Integrator technology to transmit the XML's.
Quotes can be downloaded in real time by call centre operator request (icon on desktop) to the traditional call centre system should there be a need to deal with a customer query.
